hairbymelissawest: San Ramon, CA, United States; Melissa knew she wanted to be a hair stylist at a very young age, and didn’t waste any time getting her license, as she attended beauty school in high school, graduated and received her cosmetology license at the age of 18. After graduating she has stayed on top of her profession by continually educating herself on the newest styles and trends. Melissa has trained with Vidal Sassoon, Redken and The Todd academy. She has dedicated the last six years perfecting her skills and passion for coloring and sculpting hair. She had the privilege of starting her career off by assisting a stylist with 30 years of experience, with whom she soaked in her knowledge and education. She loves to make her client's days brighter by making them feel confident about themselves and giving them a fresh and stylish haircut and color.
